The main purpose of the museum will be to uplift arts and
culture in our society highlighting its importance to both locals and tourists
abroad. At the same time the museum will provide a platform for our talented
and not often recognized local artists who are creating incredible works.
In addition to the exhibition a vibrant restaurant and
creative information learning centre and equipped with a library and workshops
for scholars and other members of the community will form part of the design
and will add to value and diversity of the museum experience.
Museums and galleries are connections not only to our past,
but also to our future. The museum is intended to be place where we can
experience both the history of our world in an innovative and creative way and
see a vision of what our future may be like through the work of artists in touch
with our vibrant culture.
